Can I use my own provider?
Yes! You can use any provider you like, we support Postmark, Mailgun, Brevo and Amazon SES through their integrations or you can configure an SMTP server. Using your own provider also saves 0.001 / email.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Due to the nature of how we charge for usage, it’s not possible to pay for a full year in advance at this time. Paying for only what you use will save you money, though you’ll get invoiced every month.
When can I cancel?
You can cancel at any time - No questions asked. You’ll receive one final invoice for the usage in your last month.
Can I use both Mailcoach as an email provider and my own email provider(s)?
No, due to the pricing difference for each email sent, each team needs to choose between Mailcoach or an integrated provider.
