Webhooks provide a way for web applications to send near-real-time data to other services or applications when a specific event occurs, eliminating the need for manual checks.
In Mailcoach, you can use webhooks to automatically send a request to your application whenever an event takes place. Mailcoach can trigger webhooks for the following events:
- A user subscribes, unsubscribes, or when an unconfirmed subscriber is created
- A campaign is sent
- A tag is added or removed
- An email is opened
- A link within an email is clicked
- An email bounces or soft bounces
You can configure webhooks to be triggered for all mailing lists or only for specific lists. This flexibility allows webhooks in Mailcoach to improve communication between Mailcoach and your other platforms.
